Melissa Kline HR Generalist

Melissa Kline brings over 13 years of experience in Human Resources, with the majority of her career spent supporting organizations in the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Geneva College and is passionate about creating positive, compliant, and people-focused workplace environments.

Melissa has lived in Southwest Florida for the past nine years and is originally from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their 13-year-old pit bull Lightning, and their cat Benny. You’ll often find her at the beach soaking up the Florida sunshine or cheering on her favorite NFL team, the Jacksonville Jaguars.
